Tōna and tāna- belonging to him or her
Possessives - belong to him or her — tōna, tāna
In Māori, neutral possessives are "taku" (my), "tō" (your), "tana" (his/her). Using the "a" and "o" categories: "tāku" (my, a), "tōku" (my, o). Transport falls into the "o" category, as do body-related items, like a hat.
